A Proven Theory Holistic Health is founded by Brianna Mitchell who is a graduate of the California Institute of the Healing Arts and Science, Sacramento's oldest Holistic Health College. She is a Holistic Health Practitioner specializing in Ayurvedic medicine, and a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist.
Brianna got into holistic medicine over 7 years ago when traditional medicine could not answer her questions as to why her son had to spend 12 days in the intensive care when he was born. Since then she has seen the amazing connection between the body and mind, and how it is the key to true health and vitality in life. She loves helping people leave behind challenges that have been burdening them, and live the life they always wanted.
